I set up Flexi-Office in 2014. There seemed to be a gap in the market for small businesses and sole traders who need all elements of administration support but whose budgets did not allow them to employ that one person who could help them. My background and experience is as a senior PA, Administration Manager and Office Manager, so I know what it takes to get a business working smoothly, to put processes and systems and in place and to keep those working properly as the business changes and grows.
